Challenge: Create a series of Facebook ads to rotate on a weekly basis.
Each week, present a different aspect of the sequence. Maintain a continuity that will stay in the viewers' memory as each ad is viewed. This reinforces the prior week's exposure.
Each ad's call to action is to take the prospect to a sales landing page. Each associated landing page will expose a different perspective of the message.
The landing page call to action is to have the prospect subscribe to the monthly magazine.
Research the magazine's typical reader in order to create an avatar of a typical prospect. Then research the detail of this person and arrive at a potential target market.
Upon researching this target, the lifestyle – career – desires, develop a series of ads to address these needs.
Each week the target will be exposed to a different perspective of the message with the objective of clicking through to a landing page oriented to continue this message in a story form. It's ultimate call to action is to obtain a subscription order to the magazine.
This was a spec assignment and was not implemented. It is shown here as a sample of our work.
Note: This "Gallop" technique works well into Facebook's "Retargeting" and "Dynamic" ad strategies.
